Good news for investors on rentals rates going up. It really works for a lot of people to own an invstment property. Renters should also be looking at this. They could probably save a lot more money than they think by buying a home.

Great investment
Just a quick note on some of the deals out there. I am working with a buyer who is looking for a home for his family. We are under contract and about to close on a property that he will purchase for $124,000 and the market analysis i did put the house at $155,000. The house needs paint and carpet, which once done the value will be even higher.
For those that don't want to look at foreclosures because the banks dont respond, you are missing out. I had a response on this offer 4 hours after submitting it and they accepted our offer. No back and forth, an accepted offer right away. The banks have the people in place to review these properties and respond. And while we can't expect that response every time, a deal like this is definitely worth putting some time into.
This just gives an example of a great investment property this could be to have as a rental or to do as a flip. The properties are out there and I am definitely seeing them. So no more waiting, if you ever considered investing in Real Estate it is a great time to do it.

Welcome to my blog!
I will have current Real Estate news and comments to inform people about their options in Real estate. My goal is for people to read this blog and get better ideas about the options they have in Real Estate and the potential that is out there. I have worked all areas of Real Estate from Buyers to Sellers to Property management for Homeowners as well as working with renters to find a home. I got started in Real Estate as an investor. Starting with my own homes then moving into owning rental properties has given me a diverse knowledge about Real Estate that allows me to look at all options and present them to clients so they can make the right decision regarding their homes or investments.
Owning rental properties myself has given me first hand knowledge on how to make others successful. The Property Management services I provide have given clients an alternative to being foreclosed on, going through a short sale, or avoid selling at a loss. Most are surprised to learn what their home will rent for and can turn a negative situation into a money maker.
